Guter und einfacher Bestellvorgang, allerdings wäre es gut, eine eigene Option zu haben, wo man die Rechnungsdaten, die von den Liefer- und Bestelldaten abweichen kann, eingeben kann und eine gesonderte Rechnung auch per E-Mail erhält

Very good site. Very easy to compare and to book. I am satisfied with the service.However I do not understand why there are 2 copy's from each traject as they are not valid for boarding. But , no problem when I board I will have them all with me.

The procedure was simple enough. My only criticism is that I thought the tickets would be available for download immediately with the confirmation email (many other websites I use do this). I think it would be a good idea to state a time frame of when to expect the tickets to arrive.I was panicking that I just had a piece of paper to run around with at the port.

The ferry service was great. The exact location to leave Naples was very confusing. When we clicked on the map from your link, it took us 4km from where we actually needed to be. Thankfully, a gentleman drove us to the other port. This could be better clarified.

It seems like outwards and inwards was reversed when I searched on all destinations to Elba.

I booked ferries at late notice. There was a change to the stated time and I was immediately telephoned by your agent, Francesca, to notify me of the change (on a Sunday evening I might add). In addition to advising me of this Francesca also assisted with another issue where my bank witheld the payment. I cannot recommend the service highly enough and Francesca deserves a commendation!
