Email of tickets was fast and efficient as was ease of navigating website. I was confused about the baggage policy (1 handbag per person for free but I am not clear if a handbag is considered carry on luggage or a tote bag/backpack is considered carry on luggage???)

The website was very easy to use and the email response was almost instant. Great Job!!! Only comment would be a cell phone application option for ticket delivery. This would help in case the print outs get damage or misplaced.

Only confusing thing was that the first email received after the booking has a "submit Payment" button and it does not make it clear whether we should click on it again. It looks like we do not need to. So you should eliminate it from the email. Thanks.
